I’ve worked 7 years for the same shop and on tuesday upper management decided to downsize the shop to only 2 guys. I got laid off. This might be somewhat of a shock to some but I’m very much ok with it. I’ve felt like there was something holding me back for the past year and I think this job might have been it. Loving your job can be a blessing and a curse sometimes. In my case It has been a bit of a curse. I’ve wanted to move on but just couldn’t get myself to quit a job I liked, so now I got the push I needed.
So boys and girls! Now I start the journey of figuring out what comes next and I’m taking all of you with me.

as i am learning web design, how would i be able to earn money online,how does it help with affiliate program?
Ouch! If that’s your starting point I estimate it will take you at least 3 years learning very hard to start making any money, if ever!
This is because out there there are all kinds of professional marketers using all kinds of sophisticated method to make any money and before you make yours, you have to be at least as good as they are.

Ok, I want to be able to earn a bit of extra cash in my spare time and I’ve heard a load of hype about affiliate marketing. I’ve never tried to do anything like this before but am thinking of giving it a go. I’ve been looking at stuff on the internet to do with this and it all sounds great but is there anyone here who actually does this and makes money? Can anyone give me any hint & tips to get started?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have read it, practiced it, and it helped me to develop the skills necessary to earn money online. You can read the ebook for free and it will answer a lot of your questions.

So today was my first day working at bath & bodyworks and within the first hour i began to get a headache from all the perfumey smells. My the end of my shift i had a terrible headache, i felt nauseous, disoriented and confused- i actually cried in my car for no reason. My whole reaction to the fumes has made me concerned. Could all these things even be caused by the perfume? Is it possible to be allergic?
My former manager got me this job and i hate to quit after my first day but i don’t want to risk my own health. What should i do?
You should never put your health at risk. I would notify the manager and see if they have any solutions. I would also try it for a couple more days, it may just be something that your body needs to get use to.

I have done quite a bit of searching and I have run into a lot of sites that say they can make me a lot of money. They all seem like scams though. Is there any site that will actually make me money online?
I make a living online, last month I made a little better than $14k. I rarely work more than four hours in a day, my average is probably closer to two.
That all said, I am the exception. Most people do not make a very good living working from home.
When I got started, I was using http://www.eIance.com to find projects that I could do for pay. More recently I found that http://www.scriptIance.com is a very good place to find work without the higher fees that elance has.
Nowadays, I am past looking for work as I have been doing this long enough that work just comes to me. But before you make a name for yourself, you need to use a site like one of the above to get going.
There are of course other ways to Make Money online, like affiliate marketing. Marketing is fantastic, but you need to either be very lucky, or really know what you are doing.

how to start affiliate program marketing?
You are not the only one looking to do this!
It is a huge area, with lots of different opportunities. However the first thing you should really do is to get a website.
You can then sign up to different organisations that have products you can promote. The two most popular are www.clickbank.com and www.commissionjunction.com.
I would really also recommend joining www.warriorforum.com.
I am developing a site all about affiliate marketing and niche marketing. You can find this at http://niche365.com.
There is also a new product coming out soon called Trifilliate Payday. There is a review of this at http://trifilliate-paydayreview.com. It looks like a promising method to enable you to start creating income from affiliate marketing as you build your list.

I really want to start making money online but I am still unsure of how to become part of an affiliate marketing company. The one thing that I have been looking into is the type of thing where you sponsor a link for a website and then if that website creates income because of your link, then you receive a percentage of that revenue. PLEASE! If you know anything about this concept/process then please let me know!
2 things are needed google adwords account and http://www.clickbank.com account
sign up for both and pick something to advertise on clickbank, they will give u a refferal link to advertise and for everyone u get to join, part of the commission such as 66% of the money that is spent on the website go’s to you
advertise that link on google adwords
to advertise correctly you need to target websites like if its a mp3 your advertising you need to target lyrics websites.

Ok, i work at a grocery store, and i’ve been there for a year and 4 months now, and i was wondering what would happen if i didn’t give them a 2 week notice, and just quit on the spot. Because i want to work at another job, because i’m tired of working at this one. Good idea or bad?
You can quit but it’s always nice to:
1. Have another job waiting and
2. Leave your last job in a polite respectful way because you may need them as a reference one day.
