    Welcome to club …
Welcome to club REALITY. There are plenty of articles that highlight how people that perform important tasks like EMT, CNA’s, Pharmacy Techs, get paid close to MINIMUM WAGE, all the while celebrity whores get to make millions showing their ass. its a reflection of a shift in society values. Good luck.

  2. tazzaler Said,

    join a union, it’s …
join a union, it’s the American thing to do.

  3. wisetara Said,

    Sorry I asked for …
Sorry I asked for this video after you’d already made it! I missed it, clearly. Though, it’s only 51 seconds? That is a long story short. One of my few regrets is NOT quitting a job after they hired someone part time after I’d been working full time as a supervisor, and they made the new person the assistant manager. I wish I’d quit. Good for you.

  4. Darkdesertmoon1 Said,

    Wow, I feel your …
Wow, I feel your pain and I believe you did the right thing. Hang in there, you will find something that really suits you.

  5. heatherface Said,

    Hopefully I won’t …
Hopefully I won’t let the next place jerk me around for three years. I considered that place family though, so that’s part of why I stayed.

  6. JoeSomebody2 Said,

    Logic puzzles in …
Logic puzzles in the work place like that always bring on stress. It’s a shame it couldn’t be worked out. But there’s always the next business opportunity, yes?

  7. omgheatherface Said,

    I’m sure I saw it, …
I’m sure I saw it, I just don’t remember it.

  8. wheateater Said,

    One of my companies …
One of my companies actually used to advertise on some of Roger’s videos. It was around the time he was doing his stuff on that NBC channel.

  9. omgheatherface Said,

    Oh yeah, I remember …
Oh yeah, I remember when he sold his iPod, he asked me for advice about that too, I figure he asked everyone he knew.

Nah I’ve never heard of her but it might be worth a shot. People seem to like coming to me for advice because I don’t sugarcoat anything but I still give good advice. I’m helping a friend as we speak actually.

  10. wheateater Said,

Well I am sure you …
Well I am sure you have heard of Kisimsee or whatever her name is. She makes a pretty penny spewing sex advice on YouTube. You could do the same with relationships.

  11. wheateater Said,

    He was going to …
He was going to help me with my online business. But was thinking about moving out of state but I really don’t remember where we left it because it was a couple years ago. Remember when he sold his IPod on eBay? I helped him some with that too.

  12. omgheatherface Said,

    Hire him for what?

    Hire him for what?

Need a therapist? I’ve been giving relationship advice all day and it’s starting to get to the point where I should start a website for it. XD

  13. wheateater Said,

Well I was going to …
Well I was going to hire Roger to work with me at one time but unfortunately you are both too far away. If I move to LA again, I will contact you.

  14. omgheatherface Said,

    lol There’s no way …
lol There’s no way I could make that much. I haven’t been to college so I don’t have any training, someone would have to take a huge chance on me.

  15. wheateater Said,

Well if i were you …
Well if i were you I would not settle for less than $20-30 an hour. I mean you could barely live on that in California.

  16. CroRumery Said,

    I was being …
I was being sarcastic, Heather. You had a reason too.

  17. omgheatherface Said,

    Even a couple small …
Even a couple small raises would’ve been okay, not great but at least it would’ve been something. Most places at least give an extra .25 every six months to a year. My morale sunk so low that I stopped caring about the job, that’s never good for a company. I could’ve gotten robbed at night while closing up and would’ve just told them to take what they want and leave me alone so I could finish the paperwork lmao

  18. omgheatherface Said,

    It’s not …
It’s not intelligence on my part, it would’ve been smarter for the company to even give me a slight raise. I practically ran the store sometimes and stopped caring about the business.

Yeah, I’ve considered it actually. I’d have to hire someone to help with the business part of it (taxes and stuff), but that’s not difficult to find.

  19. omgheatherface Said,

    I was there three …
I was there three years and got paid $8/hr.

  20. omgheatherface Said,

    Nah, it was me.
    Nah, it was me.

  21. omgheatherface Said,

    That’s exactly why …
That’s exactly why companies try everything to get the person to quit. What magical land do you live in?

  22. saba66 Said,

    3 years with no …
3 years with no raise is really messed up – especially these last 3 years when inflation is nearly impossible to keep up with.
I saw online the other day that AAA auto club is hiring at several Los Angeles area offices – and the pay they listed looked pretty good.

  23. wheateater Said,

    Was not a choice? …
Was not a choice? You should have let them fire you so could get unemployment insurance at least.

  24. wheateater Said,

    Heather, you were …
Heather, you were getting paid minimum? I know you are smarter than I am and I make a heck of a lot more than that. Ever think about starting your own business?

  25. CroRumery Said,

    I only get paid …
I only get paid 9.00 dollahs an hour at my job.. I’ve been there 9 months.. gimme a raise or I’ll quit. ha.. I couldn’t do that to my boss aka my father… aka the old man.. akakakakakakakakakaka.
